This stunning Grand Villa in Mt Eden received a fresh, modern update tailored to the clients' post-lockdown lifestyle. The renovation focused on creating a brighter, more functional home that seamlessly balances elegance and practicality.

In the kitchen, the layout was thoughtfully reimagined to enhance flow and connection to the outdoor deck, accommodating the clients' preferences for a French door fridge, wall ovens, and a working pantry. Modern grey cabinetry with square v-groove detailing in Dulux Tirau, paired with flat-panel soft white underbench cabinetry, introduced freshness and contrast. Ribbed feature panelling on the island added texture and visual interest, resulting in a clean yet dynamic aesthetic.

The bathroom retained the original timber flooring, complemented by Hardie Groove wall panels to soften the overall look. Key design features included a reinforced floor to support the new freestanding bath and a packed wall/ledge providing both a splashback for the vanity and a practical shower shelf. These details combined style with functionality to meet the clients' needs.
